The location is ideal for exploring the city, with a bus stop nearby so all sights, shops and restaurants are easily reachable, and Hakan at the front desk was fantastic—he even walked me into my room to explain everything, like the digital lighting control. The breakfast service felt a bit lackluster at times, and housekeeping was inconsistent, arriving at very different times and sometimes leaving cleaning supplies in the room, plus a lot of dust flakes under the bed.

The hotel is beautifully decorated in the heart of Hasselt, and we stayed in a spacious, lovely studio. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. If we ever return to Hasselt, we’ll definitely stay here again!

The staff provided excellent service day and night. The breakfast buffet was very extensive, and there was also an à la carte option. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. No negative experience.
