The hotel was the cleanest place I've ever stayed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the little breakfast team. However, it was annoying when they shut off our water in the morning right as we were about to shower.

Every time we visit Midland MI, we head back to this hotel because it's spotless and has been recently renovated. The elevators run smoothly, and the breakfast is modest but sufficient to start the day, even though they don't serve waffles daily. The staff are always professional and helpful, parking is convenient and close by, and the shower feels just like home with plenty of hot water instantly. The only downside is the lack of daily waffles.
