Close to the jr station and restaurants
there were stains on the wallpaper, torn curtains, and dusty carpet
However, there was one staff member who was quite rude and made me feel very uncomfortable and somewhat angry.

“立地場所から考えてお得感があります。”
The hotel’s proximity to the station was extremely convenient, and having the staff hold onto our luggage was a huge help. The semi‑double room felt cramped, making it hard to spread out luggage or move around, while the single room offered a comfortable space.
Breakfast was good. No complaints.
The room was clean, and when I discovered the fridge was broken, the staff promptly swapped me into a new room.
The price was cheap, nothing else to mention.
The service and cleanliness were excellent, no negatives.
