However, the furniture had no padding, a fenced yard is needed because people keep cutting through the side yard just a few feet from the side door, and there’s an extra charge for the second bedroom even though I booked a two‑bedroom, plus an extra fee for washing your car. It’s a bit secluded and a bit pricey for the area.
