The place was clean and tucked away in the busy Palermo Centro area, where it was quiet enough to sleep, and it was within walking distance of many attractions and the Ballaro market. However, the bed was too soft, so soft that it aggravated my lower back pain, which is a problem for a tourist who is on their feet all day.

The location is great and the rooms have been renovated, but the corridors are very noisy and the bedding is extremely firm; there is no desk or table in the room. The breakfast staff were not very friendly. I asked for a king-size bed, it was agreed, yet I ended up with a small bed.
