We booked during a local power outage so we could take care of a five‑month‑old. We’d been without power for 22 hours. Our power came back before our check‑in and the staff denied us a refund even though the room went unused.

The place felt far from quiet; people ran up and down the halls, talked loudly, and the person across from me had their TV on so loud that sleep was impossible, and the beds weren’t that great.
