“Looks good, lacks luxury”

The location was amazing, within walking distance of shops, bars, and restaurants. However, upon arrival we weren’t even greeted; I was told “check‑ins not till 3” and that was it—very rude. No complimentary water like most hotels. The rooms are nice, but the finish feels cheap, as if it’s been made to look more luxurious than it actually is. Breakfast was awful and basic. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff, especially Vanessa at reception, were very kind. There was nothing negative.

Me cobraron y cancelaron mi reserva. Todo el personal de mi empresa tuvo que ir a otro hotel dijeron las habitaciones estaban no habilitadas, sin embargo gente que llegaba y preguntaba por habitaciones en nuestra cara se las rentaban. Nos cancelaron la reserva e igual nos cobraron. No nos devolvieron el dinero de todas las habitaciones reservadas. Me cobraron y cancelaron mi reserva. “Es un buen hotel, céntrico.”

The room looked beautiful and matched the photos, and the breakfast was delicious with friendly staff. It’s centrally located near restaurants and nightlife. But there was a lot of noise from the street party area and other rooms, and the room cleaning seemed poor during our stay.
