The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel offered plenty of areas to spend time, keeping boredom at bay. I especially liked the a la carte dining instead of a standard open buffet, and everything I ate was delicious.

Nice staff, perfect reception, great food, and the restaurant is the best I’ve ever loved.

The hotel sits in a very good spot, with easy, convenient beach access that was definitely a highlight. I was pleasantly surprised by an upgrade at check‑in: I’d booked a double but received an apartment, which I appreciated. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with two separate rooms, a kitchen area, a living room, two balconies, a washing machine, and two TVs. The bathroom was separate, adding convenience for a longer stay. Overall, I liked the space, facilities, location, and especially the beach access. However, the hotel advertises itself as five‑star, yet in my view it’s only five‑star in its own ads. At best I’d give it four stars, and there are several areas needing major improvement. The biggest issue was the staff: only the girl at Starbucks and the blonde young man at the beach bar were consistently positive and welcoming. Most other staff, especially at the pool bar, were rude, uninterested, rarely smiled, and sometimes looked at guests in an uncomfortable way, which isn’t the hospitality level expected of a five‑star hotel. When I entered my room, a strong musty smell—almost like the room hadn’t been aired or refreshed for a long time—was present, with a mouldy odor. The room lacked towels and beach towels, though these were eventually delivered. Cleaning happened only the next day, and even then it fell far short of five‑star standards. A ball of hair from previous guests hung in the shower and hairs were around the sink—disgusting and unacceptable. Breakfast was another major disappointment. I’ve stayed in many four‑ and five‑star hotels, and I was genuinely surprised by how limited and repetitive the breakfast selection was. For a Turkish hotel, where breakfast is usually a highlight, this was one of the most boring and basic breakfasts I’ve experienced. During the last two days I didn’t even bother going to breakfast. Even though I wasn’t on an all‑inclusive package, the food was disappointing. On my first evening I ordered a cheesecake for dessert and received a piece that tasted old, as if it had sat there since the previous day. Another odd aspect was the wristband system: guests receive different coloured bands depending on their package/status—red, yellow, pink, etc.
