The spot was lovely, the footpaths were literally at the doorstep, and the on‑site brewed beer was excellent. The rooms and shared areas were comfortable, cosy and spacious. Most importantly, Lee and Jenni were very welcoming, shared great stories about the area, and did everything they could to keep us happy.

The cosy village pub had received a lot of love and hard work from the owners, Lee and Jenni. The room was spotless and comfortable. The food and beers were delicious. We felt so welcome that we felt like staying with friends. Nothing at all!

The host, ales, location, and dog‑friendly policy were positives, but the breakfast times were inconvenient, the bedroom was small, and there was no storage or dressing table in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at The Greyhound. The accommodation was lovely, comfortable, and beautifully presented, with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, Lee and Jenni were welcoming and helpful throughout and did everything to make our stay memorable. The locals were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The food was also fantastic, everything we had was delicious and really added to the stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend The Greyhound to others. We’d be very happy to return! The location is great if you like remote areas, so for us the area was a little too remote. Couldn’t fault anything else about our stay.
