“Quick trip”

The location worked great for our family visit, but the breakfast selection felt a bit narrow and some items were stale.

The hotel is newer, but I stayed for 5 nights and had to ask housekeeping to clean. The water pressure was awful. When I checked in, my rooms had been paid for a month ahead, so I called the hotel to let them know we were on the way, yet I didn’t receive the rooms I paid for. One staff member said we’d have to find a room elsewhere. I was traveling with 8 people. The next morning, housekeeping shouted at a guest checking out, cursed, screamed, and berated a young man over a juice. The police were called, and it was all so unprofessional.

The hotel was overbooked by 27 rooms, leaving us with no accommodation – pure chaos. I will never stay there again.

“Dont stay here - you have been warned.”

The facility is relatively new, but when we arrived the outdoor lounge was packed with people smoking weed, which set a bad tone. We were shown to our room but never received a key, so we had to return to the front desk and wait an hour to get it – very odd. The room was dirty; the shower had a line of mold all the way around where the wall met the floor. Unsupervised kids had taken over the pool, making it unusable. Breakfast had no hot food, and when we asked, staff said they were worried they wouldn’t have any food to serve the next day. When we left, the outdoor lounge was again full of weed smokers. The place is new but won’t stay that way unless staff start keeping it up. This isn’t what we expect from a Marriott. I paid a lot for this room and am extremely upset with the experience.
