Staff was pleasent and helpful. Only 1 cup i the room plus no bin linners in the bin. Found a plastic ring on the floor near the bed

The room was clean, with good bedding and a very comfortable bed, and the heating was excellent; the staff were warm and welcoming on arrival. However, the room overall needed maintenance, with stains on the walls and cigarette burns on the bath edge, little hot water from the tap, and somewhat dated furniture.

I slept well, but the room was cold even with the heater on, the bathroom stayed cold with no towel heater switch, there were stains, marks, and plaster off the walls, no hot water in the bathroom, the keys for the room and front door looked identical and got stuck in the lock, there were weird smells, no WiFi password, and the TV wasn’t connected to WiFi so I had to use 5G from my phone.

The staff were very helpful, the room was nice, and the meal was lovely, but the toilet was constantly running, I couldn’t find a key box for checkout, and the on‑site manager didn’t answer for advice.
