Good spot if you want to wade to Ameland. Clean. Nice breakfast. I had booked a family room with one double bed and two single beds, but at arrival the owner suddenly demanded an extra 50 euro for one of the single beds. That wasn’t part of my booking and wasn’t communicated beforehand.

Cleanliness, friendliness. About the shared toilet, shared shower, shared bath – you can hear the roommate snoring. The breakfast is very sparse, if I only knew what it even was (an egg, a thin sausage, a piece of cheese). I would never rent a room in this house, and I repeat: I booked a room with a separate toilet and a separate bathroom! Another drawback is that you sit next to other guests and have to share food with them! Is it really impossible to adjust the tables to the number of guests?

The welcome was super friendly and the place was nice. Breakfast was plenty and tasty. The room was scorching hot even with a fan; not a formal complaint, just a bummer because of the heat, and I didn’t sleep well.
