The room was clean and newly furnished, and the staff were nice. However, the directions to the room were insufficient, especially for an evening arrival when visibility was low. We didn’t know the room was on the fifth floor and there was no photo of that door. Additionally, construction was happening in the adjacent room, so we couldn’t have a relaxed morning after 08:00.

The location was excellent, modern, and impeccably clean, with useful information from the owner; breakfast came with a voucher at the café near the room, and parking was available in the very close garage. The advertised volcano view was misleading because the surrounding houses block it, but that didn’t bother us since we spent most of our time exploring Naples.
