“Godt udgankspunkt for vores ferie”

You could book with short notice, and even though we couldn’t check in on the first day, we managed to sort it out with a bit of goodwill. The Wi‑Fi was okay. Even though the houses were stacked on top of each other, it was quiet and calm. There was access to a cabin with a key box. Communication with the host was good. The only confusing part for us was where to drop off and sort our waste.

The location was great with fishing, a pool, large lawns for games, and a big house. It was close to a shop and also to Borlänge. The cleaning was terrible. The toilets were really gross, with old urine, dust, the shower had old soap residue, orange stains, and so did the sink. I had to clear a drain in one toilet. The Wi‑Fi on the TV was awful. The front door was broken when we arrived, so we had to unscrew the latch to close it. They could have trimmed the grass (not just cut it) and cleared the weeds.

The cabin was larger than listed and had more bedrooms than advertised, with comfortable beds and a cozy nearby bathing spot, and the check‑in and check‑out were smooth. However, the cabin wasn’t well cleaned, had a few worn or broken chairs, and the overflowing trash bin beside it smelled awful.

The place was nice by the lake and in nature, a big cabin with a pleasant vibe. Inside it felt worn and only partially cleaned; the grills that were supposed to be there seemed to have been taken by the neighbors and left in a mess, the sofa was completely stained, and there was grime on the wall behind it.
