The kindness and welcome from Fe and her husband, always ready to give good advice. Very well located, the extra terrace, the morning coffee, the chance to kayak on the sea, the turtles right in front—most of all the hospitality and guidance. The mattress had seen better days.

The value for money was excellent, and because the place isn’t right on the main road, it was super quiet at night. The owner arranged a driver who took me the next day to the whale sharks and the waterfall, and the Wi‑Fi worked great.
