The spot is spot-on, right in the heart of the city, and the place itself is spotless and fully equipped. However, the bathroom in the room I stayed in (Venecia) had weak shower pressure, and the balcony door didn’t seal properly, letting anyone without keys slip onto the terrace.

The location is decent. The pictures on the site didn’t match the actual property, the check‑in process was disorganized, the beds were old, and there was no boiler for hot water.

Everything you need is under 200 m, and the location is ideal for running your business. Minor details could use a mosquito spray.

Terrible! We got robbed of our money, paid the stay to a girl who was helping my son, and the clueless hotel staff never answered the phone, leaving the girl outside at night and never returning the manager’s calls. Women on the street were waiting for the owner’s response but she never opened the phone or attended them. I would not even consider this place as a legitimate accommodation; it’s a scam with a dishonest owner. We were cheated, the girl was never let in, and at night we had to find another hotel because of the danger.

Dayana, the cleaning manager, was very friendly when explaining everything about the stay. The place was comfortable, had plenty of lockers, a terrace, and the lounge was in good shape. The hot water took a long time to arrive, so I preferred to shower at a nearby gym out of practicality.
