The café was decent and the space clean, and the location was good. The receptionist tried to resolve the issue I had with the rooms. The room’s air conditioner was very dirty, with noticeable dust, and the bed linens and floor were also dusty. I requested a room change at 22:00 but no one came to the room. I went down at 23:30 to the reception and found only one staff member; he looked for other rooms below that also had dirty air conditioning, one that wasn’t working, but at least the ground‑floor rooms were cleaner than the upper‑floor ones, perhaps because of turnover.
