The first room’s window wouldn’t close. We were moved to another room. The mold smell was absurd. The WC shower box was very small and didn’t close properly, soaking the bathroom floor. The toilet paper holder was broken.

Excellent hotel with a sea view, beachside facilities (chairs, umbrella, bar service), and located in the great Manaira neighborhood and beach. The suite we stayed in had two rooms, a living room, and a front‑facing balcony, and both rooms faced the sea.

The location is great, the pool is nice, and the weekend shows are good. However, it took over two hours to release our room at check‑in, even though we’d booked more than three months in advance. We were two elderly guests and three children, yet the staff didn’t speed up the process. The employees were rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was simple, the bathroom was very small, making it hard to bathe the kids. The half‑board dinner was very bad, with almost no options.
