Everything was spot on – from the clean rooms to the quick check‑in. No hiccups at all. I’d definitely come back.

The room was decent and the location would have been great if the restaurant was open. But it was freezing – the whole building was at 5 °C, no heating, no hot water. I even left my glasses in the room and the staff never answered my calls or emails. Totally disappointing.

They pulled the reservation at the last minute and we’re still waiting on a refund. The place is unreliable – I wouldn’t trust them again.

We showed up Saturday night to an empty building and the hotel had to cancel our stay on short notice. We only got a text, no explanation beyond a broken water pipe. We haven’t received a refund yet, even though we couldn’t stay. It’s a shame; the hotel could be nice otherwise.
