The surroundings of the house were pretty, overall it was cleaned well, the front desk responded quickly and they even gave us breakfast. The shower water tasted salty and the hot water heater had to be turned on manually, which we didn’t notice at first, so we ended up taking a cold shower.

The experience was excellent; the hotel staff were simply amazing, taking care of us from start to finish, especially the young man at reception. Breakfast was great, and the location is ideal—just a short walk from the city center, which is very convenient. The room was spotless and smelled nice, with no noise at all, very calm and pleasant.

The location is great, close to the station, and the facilities are decent; the room itself is quiet and clean, the courtyard is beautiful, and the pool is really swim‑able. Service is good; the front desk doesn’t speak English but is patient and tries hard to communicate, and the owner even let us stay free until afternoon checkout. If you want to order food, they can bring it to you. All in all, it’s pretty good. It would be nicer if there were a chair.

The hotel matched the photos exactly, stunning! The place is very clean and well‑maintained, with a pleasant pool for hot afternoons. It’s a small, friendly hotel with a lot of charm. The staff are very pleasant and helpful, so I recommend it! The property also has air‑conditioning in all rooms and the dining area. It’s close to the city center and all the cultural spots in Siwa (salt lakes, Shali, Faatnas…). The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, so if you want anything besides breakfast you’ll have to go into town.
