The place is in a good spot and they offer free parking outside, but the room we got was totally different from what we booked, looking old and out of date compared to the photos, which made us feel uncomfortable; the fridge even had a bad smell, so the room felt even less pleasant than expected.

“The worst accommodation.”

Only one young female staff member was friendly. 1. Management and Communication * Only one young female staff member was friendly. * In particular, the owner only informed me of the check-in time they required and then completely ignored my subsequent messages. * I was not even provided with basic instructions on how to enter the property. I had to call several times before I could finally find out how to access the accommodation. * There is a serious need for improvement in providing guests with essential information and responding to their inquiries. 2. Breakfast * The freshness and overall quality of the breakfast were extremely poor. * The cherry tomatoes appeared to be old, and the croissants were very dry, as if they had been sitting for several days. The few other food items available were also of very poor quality. * Overall, it was difficult to consider this an acceptable breakfast for paying guests. It felt as though I was being served old leftover food from previous days. * The quality, hygiene, and storage of the food seriously need improvement. 3. Bed and Room Facilities * The bed was old, squeaky, and very uncomfortable. * Two cheap, squeaky single beds, similar to what you might expect in a basic university dormitory, had simply been pushed together and presented as a double bed. * The room and its facilities were generally very old and worn, making the accommodation extremely disappointing considering the price. 4. Natural Light and Room Environment * There were two windows, but one faced a garage, while the other was almost completely blocked by another building immediately in front of it. * As a result, there was almost no natural light, making the room feel dark, damp, and unpleasant. 5. Value for Money * The facilities, service, and breakfast were all far below what should be expected at this price. * I would strongly recommend paying a little more and choosing a higher-rated, better-maintained property instead. 6

The structure is acceptable and the staff are friendly, but the prices are a bit high for the area and services; breakfast is included but very limited, and we were shocked to be asked an extra 10 euros for parking even though the car wasn’t parked; aside from that everything is fine, though the quality‑price ratio is high.
