not having anything to hold onto to get into bed was horrible, and not having a hook on the door to hang things up inside the toilet/bathroom cubicle was terrible

The staff were amazing and hopefully your next room will be just as good; the place is very close to everything you need and they accommodate backpackers very well. Everything else was fine.
