We loved the views from every room, the attention to detail, the staff, the food, everything. The only small complaint was that one of our bedside lights wasn’t working, and despite being told it would be fixed the next day, it wasn’t.

Breakfast could be more authentic and less standardised; Karpaz offers a lot of genuine flavours that should be more exciting. The location is fantastic, and evenings in Karpaz are special because of the clear sky and amazing stars—this could be highlighted by turning off the lights at a certain hour to observe the stars, even briefly. Humble opinion. Overall, it was mostly a good experience.

Customer service was amazing, the location, breakfast and overall food were great, and the beach and deck area were fantastic. The room itself was superb, but the pillows were huge and the mattress was very soft, making them uncomfortable.
