The room and bed mattress were really dirty.

The moment we opened the door, the room smelled freshly cleaned, but I was annoyed that none of the outlets offered USB connections.

“VERY BADDD DONT STAY I REPEAT DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!! They stole from me!”

They stole from me. Everything was very rude! I had a gold name tag in my bag and when I came back it was missing. Someone entered the room after we left and rummaged through my belongings. I went to the front desk, told them the tag was missing from my bag, asked to see footage, and they said no.

I chose this property because it’s a 15‑20 minute walk from BMO Stadium; the area isn’t the best but it’s well lit. The neighborhood is pretty unsavory and loud.
