The spot next to the airport was perfect, but during our stay the pool didn’t work, the breakfast buffet was very poor, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work.

The hotel is conveniently located from Lombok International Airport. The air conditioning in the room we stayed in wasn’t working, making the room uncomfortably warm and hard to sleep in. The bathroom was quite dated, and the towels were well past their best. The hotel is also quite isolated, with no shops or restaurants within walking distance.
