The food was tasty. 1. The first thing I noticed was the foul smell in the bathroom. 2. The mattress had a stale odor, like a damp laundry line that never dries. 3. There was no remote for the AC, so I couldn’t adjust the temperature. 4. No tissues were provided. 5. The double bed was too small and only one blanket was supplied. 6. The Wi‑Fi was already turned off at 7 am. 7. There was no bedside lamp; when I turned off the room lamp, the bathroom light was too bright and blinding. The bathroom walls should have been dimmer for a comfortable sleep. 8. The fan in the bathroom was too loud, ruining the sleep. 9. The breakfast area smelled of cigarette smoke because all guests were smoking there, making the breakfast unpleasant. 10. The room had no window and no emergency exit staircase. I hope the hotel takes these complaints seriously. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

“Good when you have no other option as the other accommodations were fully booked.”

The front office was open 24 hours, which was helpful since I arrived very late for a stay‑over. The bed was too soft and caused back pain the next day. There was no window, making the room feel cramped and suffocated with a strong cigarette odor. The lighting was very dark, making it hard to read. The towel was too small, more like a hand towel than a bath towel, so I brought my own. The breakfast was abysmal, and the dining area had a cigarette smell; I couldn’t imagine eating breakfast in a room full of smoke. Street food was much better.

The room was spacious, and the second day’s breakfast was good. The staff were nice. However, people were allowed to smoke inside, so the unpleasant smell permeated the building. The bed had a strange sheet on it, causing us to scratch frequently.

The room was huge, the bed unbelievably comfy, and the internet was fast; the hotel itself was spotless. Breakfast was simple yet tasty, all Indonesian dishes. Staff offered daily cleaning on request. However, the common areas were filled with smokers, and the smoke drifted into the non‑smoking room—something the hotel should ban everywhere. The location is noisy, and the windows don’t block sound; ear wax alone could keep you awake.
