I arrived to a large room with a spacious bathroom and a decent air conditioner, but the toilet wouldn’t drain fully and the seat was broken; there was no shampoo, the fridge was broken, and the phone couldn’t reach the front desk for any problems. For a Hampton Inn, this fell far below my expectations.

The property had been freshly renovated, clean, and pleasant, and the staff were excellent; Helen from the breakfast crew was especially kind and helpful.

The location was good and breakfast tasty, and the room overall was comfortable and clean, yet the guest in the room above stomped around like a herd of elephants all evening, the desk staff was rude, and the water cooler in the gym was empty.
The air conditioner was okay, though not outstanding, and even though the TV could swivel, it wasn’t ideal to watch from the bed.
