The place is unbelievably spotless—my health concerns about cleanliness are fully addressed. The owners answered every sheet and dietary question quickly and politely. The bed was immaculate, the bathroom cleaner than any 5‑star boutique I've stayed in, and I was practically squealing with excitement. I even brought my own wipes and spray just in case, but never used them. The scent confirmed everything was clean, hoovered, dusted, or bleached. I missed the complimentary breakfast, but my cousin said it was really good. Thanks Pensalda for a pleasant stay. A ten‑minute walk to Newquay and about a 45‑minute slow stroll through town.
