“Excellent emplacement, mais chambre très décevante et rapport qualité-prix injustifiable”
The main advantage of this hotel is its location right in the center of Seville, perfect for exploring the city on foot; the cleanliness is decent but not outstanding. Unfortunately the experience was very disappointing, especially considering the price paid: 638 € for four nights, nearly 160 € per night. The room assigned did not match the photos posted on Booking; the pictures show a bright room with large windows and a balcony, but the reality was two small openings that opened directly onto a narrow, dark service courtyard filled with ventilation ducts. On top of that there were very unpleasant noises: the ventilation units ran until about 3 am, accompanied by repeated clatter of plates and bottles, severely disturbing rest. At over 160 € a night I expected at least basic comfort, quiet, and a room that matched what was shown at booking. I raised my concerns with the hotel, and they replied that they had no other rooms available and offered no real solution.
