The renovated rooms are good, but some finishing work is still needed. The renovation work is still ongoing.

The location is fantastic, but the hotel feels like a construction site with no prior warning. Check‑in requires climbing to the first floor despite the claim of wheelchair access via lift. The room lacks a proper bathroom—only a sink in the room and a separate WC with a shower—plus there’s no TV. Although I asked three times, a gluten‑free breakfast never showed up, and the buffet was bland, with cheese, salmon and fruit poorly sliced.

The building is undergoing renovation, which only shows up in the corridors and the missing TV. The room itself is beautifully designed and gives a high‑quality impression. My wife thought the bed was a bit hard. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The coffee machine, however, doesn’t allow making hot chocolate directly. It’s a plus that the room includes a coffee maker (with a few capsule options) and a kettle.

We stayed in December 2025 during major renovation work after a water damage incident. We were the only overnight guests that weekend. The entire staff treated us to an absolute pampering experience—it was amazing. Thanks to the whole team. We’ll definitely come back.
