The room is welcoming, the staff friendly and helpful, the food and drinks at the restaurant are good, and it takes 10 minutes to reach the city center.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the balcony was theoretically nice and quiet. The room needed some repairs: the balcony door was only attached at one corner and wouldn’t close. The handyman called couldn’t fix it properly, so the door had to be either fully closed or left open – flipping it wasn’t an option because of wasps, mosquitoes, and no fly screen, meaning a night without fresh air and a partially working AC. That’s a shame, because the balcony could have been the highlight and the staff were genuinely trying. The broken door should have been fixed much earlier, as the damage was known. A room change was offered, but it was a darker room facing forward with no balcony. Earplugs were used as curtain stop‑poles (see photo), no hooks in the bathroom, and shower gel came in disposable tear‑away sachets. Check‑in was very chaotic.

The location and nice restaurant are positives, but there was insufficient information at check‑in, and there was a problem with the balcony door.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the accommodation was clean and tidy, and the food was good and tasty.

The room was very hot and stuffy on arrival, so the air‑conditioner needed a long time to cool the space; if the room were ventilated and darkened in the morning it would be much more pleasant and would save on electricity; the balcony door was damaged and unusable.
