The location is excellent. The room was relatively small and lacked a safe or a tea/coffee pot.

The service was great and the breakfast outstanding. The only issue was the proximity to another room; the acoustics were poor enough that a cough could be heard clearly.

The spot in central Verona is lovely, and the balcony area was a pleasant surprise. Nothing to note.
