Worst experience the owner asked for prepayment on a call going beyond the rules and cancelled 1room booking and gave smaller room instead saying room is already sold while we did book now pay later reserving the room

The staff were courteous, but the bedsheets and towels were not clean.

The room was nice clean and tidy good hot water pressure,bed was good and the staff ready to help any time. The location is very bad means very busy whole day with trucks, lorry,tempo, no taxi driver wants to go there because of traffic anyone going there please contact the receptionist and ask how to reach there he will guide you and only one lift

The room was clean and the lobby was clean. The location is REALLY busy with warehouses all around causing offloading and truck noise all day AND night, there’s no place to walk on the street and they don’t offer water in the hotel? We were charged ₹30 for 2 bottles of water. Also the breakfast was not included despite saying that it was. We paid extra for that too
