The staff were incredibly friendly, the semi‑basement room offered great value, it was really quiet, spotless, the hot water was always steady, and the service was excellent. A mini fridge was provided for free and restocked daily. I felt very safe and the location was fantastic. The semi‑basement was a bit dark, but that’s expected; otherwise no complaints.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect, the setting beautiful, and the owner‑manager was friendly. We couldn’t be happier with our find on Hydra and only wish we could have stayed longer. Everything in the unit was high‑quality, nicely renovated, modern yet not austere, and the room comfortably fit two people, plus there was a quaint courtyard. It’s a five‑minute walk to anything you need at the wharf area (the beaches are farther). The room had an excellent espresso maker and a small breakfast was kept in the fridge. The only downside was the widespread Greek habit of not flushing toilet paper due to old plumbing, which took some getting used to, but that wasn’t unique to this unit.

I was impressed by how spotless everything was and the owner and staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel sits close to the port, shops, and bars, and the courtyard is a great spot to relax since the rooms lack balconies. Each room comes with a coffee machine, kettle, bottled water, and fruit juice. Overall, I was very satisfied. The only downside was that the shower was a bit cramped, but it didn’t bother me much.
