The location was good and the room was spacious; the staff helped with luggage, the restaurant was fine, but breakfasts were modest. They suggested we pay on departure because of banking issues. Unfortunately, construction outside made it a bit noisy, and we found a glass shard on the carpet that cut our finger; the hotel didn’t admit fault, but they vacuumed the carpet again at our request.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, warm, and cozy, the restaurant food was delicious, and the views were great, but we had to climb stairs daily, passing the washroom, which left an unpleasant odor.

We were thrilled with the location, the view, and the staff, who were very friendly and accommodating and went the extra mile to improve our stay, especially manager Dinara—thank you so much. However, on the second night in our second room, housekeeping left no water, cups, or tea bags.
