“Some needed improvements would go a long way”
The facility was clean, the location was convenient for traveling, and we appreciated the valet parking. We also liked the rooftop restaurant and bar plus an additional inside restaurant. However, the rooms were cramped, water pressure was awful, and ice machines were only on even floors (2, 4, 6) while we were on an odd floor. When we requested a late checkout because of flight changes, it was denied, and the staff were far from friendly. We travel a lot and this was disappointing, especially after having enjoyed the rooftop bar on a previous trip to Columbus and hoping for a better experience.

The location is ideal for the convention center, the rooftop breakfast was fantastic, and although I didn’t try the on‑site restaurant I’ll consider it next time. The property is clean, fairly quiet (a nearby public park is active but not late), the bed and pillows are comfortable, and the AC works well. The only issue was the lack of water pressure; even with the pulse shower head it took ages to rinse out shampoo—my hair is short, so that was annoying. Other than that, it was a great stay, and I’ll likely return for the location and plan to allow more time for showers.
