“Ótima opção em Alfenas”

Breakfast was great, featuring plenty of cakes, cheese bread, fruit, and juices. The room was spacious and well lit, and the staff were polite and friendly. Because I stayed on the ground floor, I could hear people arriving and footsteps from the floor above, but it didn’t detract from the stay.

The location and size were good, but the building felt old, the TV was outdated with few channel options, and the bathroom was small.

The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and well-equipped, and the rooms were comfortable; the leisure area was solid and functional. The only downside was that the checkout time was too early for us—we arrived late at night, had a morning talk the next day, and after the talk we were supposed to collect our bags; a late‑checkout option would have been handy since the hotel was almost empty.

The spot is great and the breakfast was solid, but the room layout feels a bit old‑fashioned. Still, I slept like a log.

Nice location and friendly staff, but the bed and overall comfort left a little to be desired.
