“Amazing”
The staff are absolutely fantastic, smiling, helpful, and genuinely care about us, remembering our names when we arrive each day; my daughter has lactose intolerance, so when she ordered food for the sunbed they made an extra trip to check for milk in the dishes; the pool area is very nice and clean, the gym is the best I’ve ever been to in a hotel, with plenty of new equipment for cardio and strength training, including treadmills and stair machines; the hotel restaurant serves Canggus’ best food; the beach, shopping street, and The Practice yoga studio are all very close.
