“Good staff .Clean hotel, Enjoyed having kitchen in room, easy access to Mayo”
I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's fantastic location, which made it incredibly easy to access the nearby subway and Mayo. The friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk were always happy to help, and the elevator access to the subway was a huge bonus. My room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fully functional kitchen that made my stay feel like home. Although there was some construction in the area, which caused some noise in the mornings, it wasn't too bothersome.
“Paying $15 to park 2 blocks away is crazy”
I was blown away by the exceptional service I received from the hotel staff, who were always friendly and willing to lend a helping hand. However, my stay was marred by the fact that the parking lot was under construction, forcing me to park two blocks away and pay a hefty $15 fee. It seemed unfair that I was charged for parking, especially considering the inconvenience it caused. I think it would have been more considerate of the hotel to absorb the cost themselves.
“I’m sure it could be nice when remodeled but was not a great experience for full cost when the entire hotel smelled. Sta”
One of the highlights of my stay was the fully functional kitchen in my room, which made it easy to prepare my own meals. However, my experience was marred by the unannounced internal construction, which caused a terrible smell to permeate the hallways and elevator. I was also disappointed by the tiny garbage cans in the room, which led to a mess and made my stay more inconvenient than it needed to be.
“Perfecta opción para personas que van a Mayo Clinic”
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, appreciating its convenient location and the friendly service I received during my visit. However, I encountered some confusion with my reservation process. Despite this hiccup, the hotel's proximity and the staff's warm hospitality made my experience enjoyable.
Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was marked by several issues that detracted from my overall experience. While the staff was friendly and the room was spacious, I encountered several problems, including a lack of hot water, a stubborn door knob that my mom struggled to open, and tiny garbage cans that led to a mess in the room. To make matters worse, there was loud construction going on outside, which would have been manageable if I had been warned in advance.
