“Consigliatissimo”

The hotel sits on the main street of the town, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and the bathrooms are very large. The staff are super cute and friendly, and the owner helped us arrange both the excursion to the deer island and the tour. Highly recommended.

The welcome was friendly and the service courteous. Breakfast was generous, the room was very clean and functional, and everything was close by. Nothing to add.

They paid more attention to detail than most places. Complimentary juice was offered on arrival, and breakfast is the best I’ve had on similar trips—there’s a wide selection and they provide chocolate paste, butter, jam, etc. They also serve normal and hot water, coffee, and tea all day. The setting is simple, with a garden that’s well maintained, and the owners have great energy. For what you pay, the facilities and room condition are really good. The snorkeling beach area is within walking distance, and they gave me a free snorkeling set. They arranged a trip to Iljen even though it was low season and I was alone. I would definitely return. I’m not sure what I didn’t like; I’d have to think deeper— which says a lot because I can be quite nitpicky. It’s a fantastic value for money. I stayed 4 nights.
