The bathtub feels great and overall the place is spacious and well kept. However, when we arrived nobody was there to check us in, so we sent about 200 messages through Booking and called the two numbers they had given us, but no one answered. It started to rain and we had to go to a nearby neighbor’s apartment to see if they could connect us with the host; if not, we’d have been left without accommodation. We’re still waiting for a reply from the host, the communication is terrible and the professionalism is lacking. There aren’t enough towel hooks, and everything stays a bit damp.
