I had no positive points to note. Everything was bad: they wouldn’t let me into a room even after I had booked and was already there, saying it was unavailable. Their disrespectful, disgusting, and rude treatment was appalling, and they let me leave without canceling my booking in the app, which remains uncorrected.

The staff here were completely unhelpful and made our stay a nightmare. We had issues with the room and the staff just shrugged it off. The hotel itself was fine, but the service was a major letdown.

I booked a room through the hotel and was told it wasn't available, which was pretty frustrating. On top of that, I had a ton of problems during my stay and ended up looking for a different hotel. Needless to say, I won't be back.

This place was a disaster from start to finish. There were no working lights, no water in the bathroom or for drinking, and the bedding was absolutely disgusting. The interior of the hotel was like something out of a horror movie.
