The spot was peaceful, set in a unique place with the clearest stream running past it. The staff were very helpful and made sure to accommodate our specific requests. The Wi‑Fi stopped working for about 6‑7 hours on the last day, which was a big hassle if you needed to work. The doors sometimes got stuck, and there was dust on the furniture.

The staff were friendly, the cottage was a great size and very comfortable, and the riverside location was so peaceful and lovely. I appreciated that we had to take a lift down in the middle of a field and cross a bridge to get there. :)

The setting was beautiful and the experience exceptional. The room’s AC had a mild issue, but it didn’t bother us because the outdoor weather was cold.

The location and setting were fine. Cleanliness was a huge problem: we saw housekeeping use the same brush to clean both the bathroom drain and the toilet seat, which was completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. We checked out within an hour of arriving. The manager/owner didn’t speak to us directly about the cleanliness or our short stay; instead, staff asked what had happened. The lack of courtesy and customer service was most disappointing, and our refund request was not honored. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
