“Péssima experiência, não recomendo.”
There was no cleaning of the room for 3 days and no prior notice about it. A constant noise in the room was complained about from day one and they always said maintenance would be sent but never came, making it impossible to sleep for 3 nights. Two kitchen requests were forgotten and I waited more than 1h30min for each, having to call again to remind them. After 2 nights without sleep, I asked to cancel the third night to go to another hotel, explaining that I needed to sleep, but the host refused to cancel. Terrible experience.

I booked online and ended up in an Airbnb instead. No idea why. Reception was awful, the place was under renovation, and the parking was terrible.
