The staff were friendly, the location was great, and using the GVMS bus to get to and from both mountains was easy – it stops right in front of the property. The building feels a bit old and tired even after renovation, and the floors and doors aren't soundproof, so you can hear heavy footsteps and people in the hall.

The décor was very pretty and nicely decorated. My room was on the bottom floor so I could hear everyone above me and it woke me up. The worst thing was the directions that put me on a dangerous mountain road that previous guests have had accidents on, and the manager says she can't change the directions. This road should not be passed during winter months – extremely dangerous!!

Cute decor. Very Nordic. Clean. No heat. The address is wrong, so it's confusing to find the place. Staff have incorrect information about local restaurants, which sent us on a wild goose chase in the dark.
