The service was extremely friendly and accommodating to all our requests, and we especially liked the distinctive scent in the lobby. We would gladly return even though there are surely more centrally located hotels in Cologne, because this stay left such a positive impression that the distance is worth it.

The spot was quiet and the room felt cozy; the food turned out better than I’d imagined. On the downside, the gym had dirty equipment with no disinfectant, the room lights were dim, and it wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped.

I liked the wellness area, breakfast, location, and how friendly the staff were. The room’s cleanliness left something to be desired.
