All the facilities and the staff's treatment were excellent. However, there was no hot water in the shower; I understand the spirit of the place but some of us couldn't shower with cold water.

The location and atmosphere are simply unbeatable: right across from the sea, waking up to the sound of waves and having the beach just steps away is a true luxury. The facilities are wonderful; the cabins are incredibly cozy and beautiful, designed for comfort with a rustic charm that wins you over. The common areas are stunning and very photogenic, perfect for capturing unforgettable memories. From the moment I was picked up in a Safari‑style Land Rover at the airport, I knew this adventure would be unique. The culinary experience was another high point: the food is delicious, fresh, local, and prepared with great care. A real pleasure for the palate! It’s also very healthy and balanced; one might expect only fried fish by the beach, but every day they surprised me with different, flavorful dishes. What really makes Playa Alegre special is its human and authentic staff: everyone is extremely friendly, and being local adds a warmth and genuine touch that makes you feel at home immediately. The service is very human and authentic, and that’s greatly appreciated. You can see the commitment to the community and the desire to offer a real, close experience. Absolutely nothing to complain about. At least I’m leaving very enamored and eager to return to this earthly paradise.
