Excellent location, 5 min walk from the Etoile, quiet and in a very nice neighbourhood. The staff were extremely efficient and welcoming, the room was comfortable, beautifully decorated and relatively spacious for a Paris hotel. Equipment, bedding, cleanliness – everything was top quality; I fully recommend the Acacias. No false notes.

Very nice people throughout, from the desk manager to the cleaning lady. Special thanks to the guy who let us have late breakfast 🫶. All was a very nice experience.

Good location, good welcome, and clean. The air conditioning was noisy.

The air‑conditioning was decent, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were everywhere; service was very good. The room itself was very small, the bathroom was cramped, there was no fridge, the TV was old‑school, the bathroom window wouldn’t open, the safe didn’t work, and the elevator was tiny.
