I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to its friendly staff and perfect location near a prominent mosque. However, I was a bit annoyed when the room was cleaned without my permission, which made me feel like my personal space was being invaded.

I was pleasantly surprised by the incredibly firm bed, which I found to be a refreshing change from the usual soft mattresses I'm used to. However, I did experience some initial discomfort due to its rigidity, but it eventually became comfortable. The bed's firmness was a great way to wake up feeling energized and refreshed each morning. Overall, it was a unique experience that I enjoyed.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. Firstly, they claimed to offer breakfast, but it was not available in the mornings, which was a major disappointment for me as a diabetic. Additionally, the hotel was not accessible for people with disabilities, as the entrance was not suitable for wheelchairs, and there was no fridge to store my medication. To make matters worse, the shower was located next to the toilet, which was absolutely unacceptable.

The hotel's location in a quiet alleyway was a major plus, but I found the parking situation to be quite challenging. On the other hand, the staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me. Unfortunately, the room was smaller than I expected, and I was disappointed to find that there were no smoking rooms available.

The staff at this hotel were truly exceptional - friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any queries I had. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was strategically located near all the main attractions. However, I was disappointed to find that the hot water in the shower was either freezing cold or lukewarm at best, which was a major letdown.
