The location was good, yet I expected more comfort; the air conditioning was broken and not working, and there was no signal or internet.

The bed was comfortable, but the customer service was terrible; we arrived and were given a dirty room, no white towels—only pool towels; the food was awful, the breakfast egg was burnt; the hotel feels unsafe as it stays open all the time and anyone could enter; it’s very neglected, and the staff seem to think they’re doing a favor to guests and don’t understand that quality service is key to satisfaction.

The facilities, food, and staff were 10/10; I have no negative comments.

The rooms were very comfortable, spacious, and clean; everyone on staff provided excellent service; the food was delicious and varied; the place matched the photos; I would definitely stay again.

The room is comfortable and spacious. The wet areas are very comfortable, the pre‑rooms fabulous. The room is comfortable but already has details of resane and paint that can be addressed so that they don’t become more expensive later.
